We feature only three tiffin boxes every weekday that are available for purchase on that particular day only, thus ensuring that you are guaranteed fresh cooked food

All food preparations are done by professionally trained chefs at a department of health licensed facility in Philadelphia

How Do I Sign Up?
  Fill out the registration form with your name, address, e-mail, address and password to start shopping.
What if I forget My Password?
  Click the link on Tiffin.com’s homepage “Forgot Your Password?” and it will prompt you to input your email address. A secure message containing your password will promptly be sent to your email address.
How Do I Edit/Manage My Account?
  Once you are logged onto your account, you can access your account information by clicking the “Update Profile” link under your name in the top right corner of the screen. You are then able to click the “Edit Profile” link and make changes to your address, phone number, e-mail preferences, and password.

Yes. Tiffin.com takes appropriate precautions to protect personal information. All information is protected using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology
Will My Information Be Kept Private & Confidential?

 

We take great care to protect our customers' privacy and prevent the misuse of personal information. We do not sell trade or rent our customers' personal information.
 Shopping
How Do I Order?
 
After you sign in, you can then browse our menu and daily specials and add the items you like to your shopping cart
Once you are finished shopping, you then click the “Checkout” button which will bring you to our secure checkout page. Review to confirm your delivery or pickup time, delivery zone, as well as delivery address and input any comments you might have. Input your credit or check card information and once you click “Place My Order” your card will be charged and the order will be placed in our system.
Do You Accept Phone Orders?
  If you do not have access to the internet, you may place an order over the phone with us. Please call customer service at 215 922 1297 for more information.
Can I Cancel My Order?
  Once an order has been placed and your credit card has been charged, you cannot change or edit that order.
Can I Change My Order?
 
Once an order has been placed and your credit card charged, you cannot change or edit that order. If you need additional items, you may place another order online and note in the Order Comments field that you want it to go out with your original order.
  If you use the “Back” button and attempt to change your order and submit it again, you will be charged again. Please contact customer service if this has happened.
 Payment
How Do I Pay?  
 
When you are finished shopping and want to pay for your order, click the “Checkout” button on “My Shopping Cart” and that will begin your checkout process. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, & Discover. We do not accept cash or personal checks.
Is There A Minimum Order
  Yes. Each order should have at least one tiffin

Where Does TIFFIN.COM Deliver?
 
Tiffin.com delivers to households and businesses. Please check the website for the areas served. We will be constantly be adding new areas, so if you do not see your home or office covered, please send us an email and we will try to include that in our delivery route
Do You Offer Gift Certificates?
  Yes.
How Does Delivery Work?
 
Orders will be delivered during a pre-selected one-hour window. You must be available during your selected delivery window. If you are not available during the time of delivery, the order will be left with the security desk or doorman or at your door
Is There a Charge for Delivery?
  Right now there is no charge for delivery
Should I Tip the Driver?
  Tipping is not required, but is appreciated by the drivers if you think it is appropriate to reward them for the service you received.
Can I Pickup My Order From Your Facility?
