T-Coin Rewards Program Terms And Conditions
The Tiffin “t-coin program,” formerly known as the Tiffin Rewards Program (“Program”) is here to reward you, our loyal customers, (“you,” “Member,” “Referrer,” “Participant”) for doing what you do best – ordering delicious food from tiffin! We know all this is boring but we’ve made some changes to the program and want to tell you about it.
These Program Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and Tiffin and will govern your participation in any and all Program offers. By participating in the Program, you agree to the Site Terms and Conditions and the Site Privacy Policy. You are not authorized to participate in the Program if you do not agree to these Program Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Sounds serious, we know, but hear us out. These things are important.
Tiffin reserves the right to modify the Program, Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, and without notice to you. Participation in the Program is considered acceptance of Program Terms and Conditions and any modifications which might be made. Tiffin may also, at its sole discretion, change, cancel, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program without notice. Tiffin also reserves the right to disqualify any customers or prospective customers at any time from participation in the Program even though we would really hate to do that.
i. The Program is open to all registered users on tiffin.com or the tiffin mobile app.
ii. Eligibility is restricted to tiffin members whose accounts are in good standing. That’s easy. You can do that.
iii. The Program and Benefits are offered at the sole discretion of tiffin.
iv. Here’s the exciting part! Eligible purchases through the tiffin.com website or the tiffin mobile app will earn “t-coins” equal to 10% of the total purchase price of your order excluding coupon discounts, special packages, taxes, tips and delivery fees. T-coins earned will be deposited in your online tiffin account (yay!). You can then use t-coins as a discount on purchased made online or with the mobile app. One t-coin equals $1.
When you log in at tiffin.com you will see your t-coin amount at the top of the “Order Now” page and the “Order Details” page next to your name. On the mobile app, go to the menu and click on “t-coins.”
Easy peasy! On the website: After you’ve selected everything you want to order, click on the shopping cart to go to the “Order Details” page. Below the subtotal it says “T-coins (available xx.xx). In the box, enter the number of t-coins you want to use. You can enter any amount, just not more than the total of the order.
One the mobile app: After you’ve selected everything you want to order, click on the red “checkout” bar at the bottom of the screen to go to the Cart. Below the subtotal it says “T-coins (Available xx.xx). In the box, enter the number of t-coins you want to use. You can enter any amount, just not more than the total of the order.
Well…no. T-coins are an exclusive reward for customers who order at tiffin.com or on the mobile app. I forgot to use my t-coins on my last order.
Again, no. But now you have even more t-coins to use because you earn them on eligible items on every order. T-coins can be used on active orders only and cannot be used as a discount toward past purchases.

Okay…ready now? Here goes:
To be eligible for participation in the Program, you must be at least 18 years of age. Tiffin reserves the right to find ineligible any Participant in the Program at its sole discretion.
Conduct. Tiffin reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit any Member from participating in any aspect of the Program if Tiffin deems or suspects that such Member has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following: a) acting in violation of these Program Terms and Conditions; b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Program or Site; c) acting with intent to annoy, harass, or abuse any other person; d) any inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or unusual behavior or activity; or e) activity deemed in the sole discretion of Tiffin to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Program. Tiffin shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Program Terms and Conditions or intent of these Program Terms and Conditions.
Binding Effects. By participating in the Program, you agree to and are bound by the Program Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to agree to and abide by the Program Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to participate in the Program. Termination. Tiffin may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program or Program Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. Tiffin may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend any Member’s participation in the Program for breach of these Program Terms and Conditions or taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of these Program Terms and Conditions. Release. By participating in the Program, Participants release Tiffin, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising, and promotions agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost, or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the Program and/or the use of any Program rewards. Indemnification. Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Tiffin and its representatives and agents harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by the participant of any of these Program Terms and Conditions or any violation by Participant of applicable law.
Reserved Right. Tiffin reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Program should it determine, in its sole discretion, that the administration, security, or fairness of the Program has been compromised in any way. Disclaimer of Warranties: MEMBERS AND PROSPECTIVE MEMBERS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT: (A) YOUR USE OF THE PROGRAM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK, THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS AND THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND TERMS (COLLECTIVELY, “PROMISES”) OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY STATUTE, COMMON LAW OR CUSTOM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROMISES AS TO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH THE USE OF THE PROGRAM, IMPLIED PROMISES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT; (B) TIFFIN MAKES AND GIVES NO PROMISE (i) THAT THE PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THAT THE PROGRAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THAT RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE PROGRAM WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (v) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED; AND ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE PROGRAM IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR MOBILE DEVICE OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OR USE OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
General Terms. These Program Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Participants and Tiffin concerning Participants’ use of the Program. The failure of Tiffin to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Program Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Program Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Program Terms and Conditions remain in full force and effect. The section titles in these Program Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. A person who is not a party to these Program Terms and Conditions shall have no right to enforce or receive the benefit of any of these Program Terms and Conditions.

Had several occasions to try in February and March 2019 for dinner and lunch I was amazed at a few things. So many vegan, dairy and gluten free selections for those who desire these options. Inside the pretty and comfortable dining room the service is always pleasant and accurate. Currently there are 10 Tiffins around the area with more planned for the future as they continue to franchise. One of the best things is their fabulously inexpensive lunch specials. I would urge readers to try the lunch special. Also, they post daily coupons online. Very good Indian food and worth a stop in.
The food is delicious and the people serving are friendly Everthings made to order and is very fresh I go there twice a month.
I was a little nervous coming in because it was empty, but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and naan and it was delicious! It was a lot of food, it could feed three people, so keep that in mind when ordering.
I brought my mom here this is her first time eating Indian cuisine and she loves it! Butter Chicken is what she ordered I had Chicken Tikka Marsala and we shared the Onion Bhaji everything was delicious!!

This is excellent food. Indian is my favorite and they do a consistently excellent job. I can't find a way to criticize them. If I did I'd be a jerk. They do a great job. I've eaten delivery from them and the food was great and warm. I've eaten in their restaurant and enjoyed the food served hot there. If you're going to eat choose a table to the far left and right because people walking to the counter will walk past you. You'll enjoy the food.
I was blown away when Tiffin responded to my unhappiness. I was sent an email and was made to feel as though my patronage was important. I will go back there now. I did and was totally pleased with the food and service. Thanks Tiffin for caring about your patrons!
