Exclusively at Tiffin Newtown Square, brunch is offered every Saturday and Sunday from 9am-2pm. Dine in and watch our chef swirl fresh dosas on the griddle or order online for carry out or delivery.

The new menu offers everyone’s favorites served with sambar and coconut & tomato chutney.

• Idli ($8) – Traditional Indian steamed rice cakes for $8
• Vada ($8) – Savory fried dumplings made from chickpea flour
• Dosa – Crisp savory crepes either plain ($8) or masala ($10) filled with lightly spiced potatoes

Also featured are several varieties of paratha, which are stuffed flat breads. They are $5 each and you can choose your stuffing:

• Aloo paratha – Spicy potato
• Ghobi paratha – Spicy cauliflower
• Paneer paratha – Indian cottage cheese
• Keema paratha – Minced chicken and spices

Hearty porridge of semolina flour flavored with mustard seeds and curry leaves

More like a pancake than a crepe, topped with mixed vegetables

Spicy potato curry served with flaky deep-fried bread

Chhole Bhatura ($8)
Savory porridge made from steamed chickpea and semolina flour

Egg Bhurji ($10)
Paratha Layered flatbread filled with scrambled eggs

Chicken Kuttu Paratha ($10)
Wheat flour flatbread filled with minced chicken, onion and curry leaves

Even though tiffin is a I believe they're all independently operated and their food is outstanding. The authentic Indian cuisine is tasteful. They make non spicy dishes which are palliable. They're always going above and beyond to make the customer happy and alter the spiciness of the dish to their liking. Tiffans one of the best Indian restaurants in the area

Down the middle of the road

Indian Tiffin's Indian food, although cooked in a more healthy way for most items (vs traditional Indian) need (I think) a little more 'pizzazz' (more spice - not hot spice, just more complex) in the food. The food is good and reasonably priced but needs the complex flavor that a lot of Indian food has via spices. I have eaten Indian food in India for 3 weeks and tried it in many US cities. Although I will go again because of its convenience, a longer menu or more specials would be great.
